Erie’s Marie Case capped her highly decorated college gymnastics career with a 13th-place finish in the all-around at the NCAA finals Friday in Birmingham, Ala.

The Mercyhurst Prep graduate and former Lakettes Academy standout recorded the highest NCAA all-around finish in Kent State history. She compiled a total score of 39.200 with a high finish of 23rd (9.825) in the balance beam.

The NCAA all-around field included 21 entrants. Case topped all three of Penn State’s individuals in the all-around.
