Penn State set for morning game in Ireland

The coach, kickoff time and stadium are all new to the Penn State football players as they prepare to play their opener against Central Florida.

Coach James Franklin will make his Penn State debut as the Nittany Lions face Central Florida at Croke Park in Dublin, Ireland, today at 8:30 a.m. The game will be televised by ESPN2.

Area graduates Jordan Dudas (Girard) and Billy Fessler (Cathedral Prep) are with the Nittany Lions in Ireland. Dudas, a junior, is listed as a No. 3 outside linebacker. Fessler, a freshman, is No. 5 at quarterback.
