With the recent string of great weather we’ve had, who wants to exercise indoors? Everybody wants to work up a sweat in the sunshine. But, of course, running every single day is not great for the body, so why not mix it up with one of these 10 New Outdoor Workouts from Shape.com.

They actually offer some pretty unique and fun cross training ideas, including a couple of cross-fit type workouts and a high intensity interval workout that only requires a basketball court.  Though, I think you’re out of luck here in Erie with the trapeze idea.
