I’m thinking about streaking this holiday season.
I’ve never streaked before (well, you know…with running clothes on, anyway) and the truth is, lately I’ve been a pretty big proponent of rest days, but….something about the Runner’s World Holiday Running Streak appeals to me.
Run at least 1 mile every day from Thanksgiving through New Year’s. Check out the FAQs here.
I’m not sure if it’s the mental challenge of running every day, the fact that it’s only a mile, the fact that I’ve never done anything like this before or….the fact that it’s the holidays and, frankly, I’m going to have a few more calories to burn off on a daily basis, but….I do think I’m going to give this a try.
