Indians’ top players draw interest

The Cleveland Indians are taking an open-minded approach during the GM meetings this week in California.

CBSsports.com reports that four of the Indians’ top players — right fielder Shin-Soo Choo, shortstop Asdrubal Cabrera, starter Justin Masterson and closer Chris Perez — are drawing interest from other clubs. Indians GM Chris Antonetti said the Tribe will listen to offers even though he doesn’t have interest in moving top players.

I expect at least two of those four players to be wearing different uniforms next season.

Here’s an interesting look at projections of the top free-agent salaries.
