Iorg named to Team Canada roster

Former Erie SeaWolves infielder Cale Iorg has been named to the Team Canada roster for the upcoming World Baseball Classic. Iorg is one of two shortstops on the roster along with Jonathan Malo. Iorg spent the 2008 season with the SeaWolves and portions of the 2009, 2010 and 2011 seasons. He played for Lakeland and Toledo this past year. Iorg hit .163 last year with 26 hits in 160 at-bats.
