Fans are free to nominate their favorite SeaWolves player each week by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org by 5 p.m. on Saturday night.
James Robbins – Hit his third home run of the season in a 22-1 loss at New Hampshire. He also had two hits, including his fourth homer, in a 5-2 win over Binghamton.
Tyler Collins – Drilled a two-run home run in the seventh inning to give Erie a 2-1 win over New Britain.
Victor Larez – Allowed just one run in seven solid innings in a 2-1 win over New Britain.
Blaine Hardy – Tossed 1 1/3 scoreless relief innings in a 2-1 win over New Britain.
Justin Souza – Picked up his 14th save by recording the final two outs of a 2-1 win over New Britain with the tying run standing on third base. He also recorded save No. 15 in a 5-2 win over Binghamton.
Drew VerHagen – Was impressive in his Erie debut with one run on four hits in six innings in a tough 2-0 loss to New Britain.
Tyler Stohr – Continued his recent hot play with two scoreless innings in a 2-0 loss to new Britain.
Hernan Perez – Hit a two-run home run in a 5-2 win over Binghamton, and three hits, including a league-leading 23rd double, in a 6-5 loss to Binghamton.
Kyle Lobstein – Earned his seventh win by allowing just two runs on six hits in eight innings during a 5-2 win over Binghamton.
Wade Gaynor – Drove in four runs, including a three-run home run, in a 6-5 loss to Binghamton.
Jon Link – Had an impressive debut with Erie by allowing just one run on five hits in eight innings and received a no-decision in a 6-5 loss to Binghamton.
