Youth cheerleader breaks arm in stunt, sues coach and football league
The family of a youth football cheerleader in Connecticut is suing after the girl broke her arm performing a stunt they claim was too difficult. The girl, 12, allegedly suffered permanent damage. Does this establish a precedent for others to sue cheerleading organizations — and maybe even youth sports leagues — if they think their kids are performing activities they’re unprepared for?
