Erie man gets his bear after 38 years

Ronald Dombrowski, of Erie, ended a 38-year quest by tagging his first Pennsylvania black bear Nov. 17 at 8 a.m. in Garland, Warren County. The 2-year-old female weighed 200 pounds.
