Spring half marathon for $12

Don’t forget about the TNRL (that’s the Tuesday Night Racing League) spring half marathon that Jim Lang put together for Sunday, April 1 at Presque Isle State Park.

This is a no-frills half-marathon that consists of one loop of the park on the multipurpose trail.

You get:
* Water on the course in perhaps 3 places
* A cabin to warm up in
* Post-race snacks
* Timing
* A super-cheap half-marathon price of $12 (preregistered…$15 day of race)
* A staggered start (to avoid congestion on the trail)

You will not get:
* Road marshals to stop traffic for you
* To run on the road
* A t-shirt/race premium
* Awards. You’re running for bragging rights.

Race starts and ends at Cabin #2 near the Rotary Pavilion at Presque Isle State Park. Application here.
