Saturday morning offered great racing conditions for the 357 who participated in the Linked by Pink 5K at the Carneval Athletic Pavilion at Gannon University.

The overall winners set a blistering pace (I should mention that all of these runners are 22 or younger): 1st place – C.j. Kennett with a 16:31 (wow!); 2nd place – Brian Svoboda with a 16:58; and 3rd place – Adam Walker with a 17:12.

Top three women overall were: 1st place – Kelsey Markham with a 18:39; 2nd place – Emily Reinhart with a 20:07; and 3rd place – Ali Gunns with a 20:48.
