Elite runner, Erie native Christie Turak Foster

Blatantly stolen directly from an ERC Facebook post:

Christie Turak Foster(right), a well known local elite runner, participated at the Nathaniel James Lemock (NJL) Memorial Race this past Sunday. Congratulations to her for placing 1st place overall (beating all the guys, too) with a time of 17:16.7 for the 5k distance. A week prior she participated in the Rite Aid Cleveland Marathon series, winning 1st place overall for the women with a time of 1:19:47 for the half marathon distance.

Christie is the sister of Jennie Turak Peters (left). Their proud dad, a runner, too, (of course!) is in the middle.
