Hang it up

Stumbled upon all kinds of crafty things you can buy hang your accomplishments right on your wall. The bib holders are cool, but I really like the medal racks.  And many of these would be easily made if you were remotely crafty — solid board, little pain, some hooks… voila!

Proof that social media has taken over the world….or is, at least, attempting to. Just how much do we know about that seemingly innocent little blue bird anyway?

I dare you not to cry

From the description on YouTube:

Matt has Spastic Cerebral Palsy, but opted to run in Field Day at Colonial Hills Elementary School despite being given the option to sit it out and despite the incredible challenge of his disability. What transpires is a boy who is filled with determination and a school of children who spontaneously come together and inspire Matt and everyone of us to do and be better.
