Embrace your competition

Cait Chock, the Arty Runner Chick

“Embrace your competition because they are what will make you faster, and one of the strongest tools you have to utilize in the quest for your best. They will push you to your limits…or rather they will push you to the point where you will have to decide whether you are willing to go to those limits.” — Cait Chock, the Arty Runner Chick
