Pretty Ugly as a Race Picture

Think you take bad race photos. Check out these seriously ugly race photos.  Perhaps I should enter this one of me from the Niagara Falls Women’s Half Marathon.  (I was relaxing my shoulders by pushing my arms down to release the shoulders-up-around-my-ears tense posture that I often end up in during a distance race).

Should runners avoid popping pills?

Think before you pop those anti-inflammatory pills (Advil, etc.), according to recent studies, they could actually inhibit healing.

Look, it’s really common sense, right? Your body is giving you pain signals for a reason.  Listen to your body… don’t take pills to silence it.
