Heart Rate Training for Idiots

Stumbled upon this blog post at Shut up & Run that made heart rate training a little less of a mystery for me. My Garmin 405 came with a heart rate monitor that I have yet to strap on. I did, however, get that heart rate strap out recently (kudos to me for actually locating it!) and am committed to figuring out how to use the thing. …one of these days.
