Tuesday Night Race League

This week’s Tuesday Night Race League will meet at 6:30 p.m. (note the earlier start time since it’s getting dark earlier) at the Pennbriar Athletic Club, 100 Pennbriar Drive (off Route 97, just off I-90…map here), on, well….Tuesday, of course (Aug. 21).

Learn more about TNRL here, but basically, it’s a group of people who get together to run/race on summer evenings. You can push yourself and race or you can do what I do and just go for the group run & the afta-afta party/chatter (BYOBeverages).

There are usually two course options —shorter (3-5 miles) and longer (6-8 miles).

TNRL’s are a great way to meet other runners in a small setting.
