Highmark Quad Games – 5 mile run

Cold temps, driving rain and wind didn’t dampen spirits at the 3rd leg of the Highmark Quad games on Saturday. OK, sure, maybe there was a little more whining than normal, but…deep down, you know we all loved it because it makes us feel even more badass when we persevere in crappy conditions.

Overall men’s winner was Aaron Garrity with a 29:13. Overall women’s winner was Pamela McCormick with a 34:30.

Time Trial Results

Yeah, I know the Presque Isle Time Trial is not a run event, but…many runners also bike or know bikers. So…here you go — results for Sunday’s Presque Isle Time Trial. I hear participants JUST dodged the rain drops at that event. Unfortunately…the Beat the Beethoven runners weren’t as lucky.

Beat Beethoven 5K

Nearly 200 participated in a soggy chase after “Beethoven” in the Erie Philharmonic’s Beat Beethoven 5K on Sunday.

Results here.

And, there are nearly 100 photos of the Beat Beethoven race on the Erie Phil’s Facebook page.

Shannon Teeter Run Walk

Close to 100 participated in the Shannon Teeter Light the Night Walk/run on Saturday night.

Results here.

Team Hope Run/WAlk

There were 107 finishers in Saturday’s Team Hope Run/Walk for Huntington’s Disease.
