Things I Found — Nov. 1

Normally, I hate numbers or anything that resembles math, but I found all kinds of great numbered stories this week.  I even put them in numerical order for you (don’t say I don’t love you). There, that fills my math requirement for the day week:

~ 7 Trails to Run Before You Die

~ 8 Bottoms to Keep You Warm this Winter

~ 10 Creative Ways to Celebrate a Fitness Milestone

~ 10 Must-have Traits of Runners

Shirt of the week (for women)

Yeah, so, I’m playing it straight this week — this isn’t a funny shirt, but I have to tell you this is one of the best running bargains I’ve stumbled upon lately. JCPenney has these lightweight pullovers (xersion brand) that are perfect for fall running. They even have those-oh-so-popular thumb holes and they are just $10 (women’s).  I found this at the Millcreek Mall store on Sunday. I ran in it today, and loved it (it didn’t ride up, nor did the hood pull down and choke me). Two thumbs up for this shirt!

BTW — They didn’t have a ton of these at JCP when I was there and they only had black in the hoodie style. I went online today and ordered a couple more and I saw they do have a few other colors online.
