You can really get your run on this weekend. You’ve got your choice of FIVE different 5Ks in the Erie/Meadville/Oil City area this weekend. (The question is…how many can Ellis do? :0)

There are four 5K races on Saturday:

1. The Art & Sole 5K at the Neighborhood Art House. Info here.
2. Run with the PAC at Meadville Middle School. Info here.
3. The Women’s Care Center 5K at Presque Isle State Park (Cookhouse). Info here.
4. Mayfly 5K in Oil City. Info here.

Sunday is the Nauti 5K run/walk which starts at Liberty Park. Info here.

As for me and my gang, we’ll be in Cleveland this weekend where I am destined to set a P.W. (personal worst) in the Cleveland 1/2 marathon. Dan’s running the full marathon as is my friend Carol who is aiming to qualify for Boston.
