Worth Reading

* Entitled to Sabatoge.  This is something I think a lot of runners struggle with (including me!) because, surely, a morning run entitles us to coffee with flavored creamer and a 10-mile run entitles us to ice cream for dessert, right?

* Brian MacKenzie’s controversial approach to marathon training. Run less to do better?

* Shunning grains & processed foods? Would you believe you can eat primal/paleo at Panera Bread? Turns out they have a “hidden menu” for those of us avoiding flour and sugar. Why it’s “hidden” I don’t know…maybe because bread is in their name and is their, um, bread-and-butter (pun intended) they don’t want to admit that more and more doctors and health professionals are coming out and saying that bread, in any form (yep, even that whole wheat stuff) is not good for you. It causes your insulin to spike and encourages obesity.

* Do some heavy lifting to sculpt a longer, leaner body. 10 tips here.

* Huh…maybe THIS is where Beyonce learned all those high-heeled dance moves.
