LAKERS UPDATE: Mercyhurst women still 8th in USCHO.com poll
The Mercyhurst College women’s hockey team remains eighth in USCHO.com’s latest Division I poll, which was released Monday. The Lakers split two games against No. 9 Quinnipiac this past weekend.
Wisconsin (2-0-0) earned all 15 first-place votes to remain No. 1 ahead of No. 2 Cornell (0-0-0), Minnesota (2-0-0), Boston University (1-1-0) and Boston College (0-0-0) completed the top five.
North Dakota (1-1-0), Minnesota-Duluth (0-0-0), Mercyhurst (1-1-0), Quinnipiac (1-1-0) and Dartmouth (0-0-0) rounded out the top 10.
