General McLane receiver Josh Niswonger’s clutch, three-touchdown performance Friday helped the Lancers complete a perfect regular season.
Now, Niswonger is being honored for his efforts.
The 6-foot 2-inch 200-pound junior is the Erie County Athlete of the Week in Wednesday’s Varsity edition. In addition, he won this week’s Breakout Player of the Week Award in voting that was completed on the Varsity blog Monday night.
