really surprised that Eugene Husband was not considered as a weekly break out player. Central beat a traditionally strong Mercyhurst Prep team and Eugene was Central’s leading offensive player.

For football we only use one player per team. The reason we went with Eli Rydzewski is not only did he score twice but he did a great job blocking and was solid on defense. I wouldn’t worry. Eugene Husband is an electrifying player and I am sure he will be on the poll at least once this year.

I think it sad that anyone of Central players were even nominated when their Varsity reserved play Mercyhust J.V team you have juniors and seniors playing against FRESHMEN!! I think maybe there should be a story about that!
