District 10′s battles with Ohio aren’t over just yet. McDowell, which lost to St. Ignatius 34-10 last week, will take on St. Edward Friday at 7:30 p.m. at Gus Anderson Field. St. Edward is 5-0 this season and beat Ursuline 45-21 this past week. Ursuline will also travel to Erie Friday to take on Cathedral Prep at 7 p.m. at Dollinger Field.
Lake Catholic is 2-3 this season, including a 37-6 loss to Cathedral Prep. Lake Catholic lost to Ursuline 21-7 earlier this year and defeated Cardinal Mooney 24-21 last week. Cardinal Mooney will host McDowell in two weeks.
