The McDowell boys soccer team is starting to build some momentum in the second half of the season and senior goalkeeper Corey Meyers is a big reason why.
In the past six matches, the Trojans are 5-1 including four shutouts.
One of those shutouts was a 4-0 win over rival Cathedral Prep. Meyers has six shutouts total this season with a 1.38 GAA.
McDowell is on its way to competing for a District 10 Class AAAA championship and will be tough to beat with Meyers in goal.
