The Strong Vincent-North East non-region football showdown has been moved to Harbor Creek’s Paul J. Weitz Stadium. North East’s Ted Miller Stadium, a grass field, was saturated by rain over the past two days. The field will likely not be playable Friday, causing North East officials to find a turf field. The two teams will meet at 7 p.m.
