Don’t you think you should have North East higher than Northwestern? Seems to me like Northwestern is going to be young and rebuilding and North East always seems like it reloads.

  2. Tom Reisenweber says:

    Bill,
Are you talking about boys? I feel like the leadership coming back with McKeen and Panko as well as a new coach (from NE) with a new system could benefit Northwestern in a big way. NE was hammered by graduation and lost a lot of scoring and leadership with TJ and Bailey graduating.

As always, these rankings could change weekly with how teams are progressing but I think right now on paper, NW is the better team.

    Thanks,
    Tom

  3. Garrett says:

I think Titusville could surprise some ppl this year on the boys side. They have very solid group of guards with tons of playing time and are moving to double a from last year when they played in one of the toughest leagues in the area. Their front court will also outsize a lot of teams.

  4. Bill says:

    Tom,

That is a fair point. I figured with a new coach going to NW it would take the kids awhile to acclimate to the system. As you said though the rankings are subject to change when the season starts.

    Thanks,
    Bill

  5. Tom Reisenweber says:

    Bill,
The interesting part about those two teams is Mike Coletta at NW. Could he use NE style of basketball to beat NE?

Should be a fun season either way.

    Thanks agian,
    Tom
