The Cathedral Prep football team was recognized nationally after routing previously-ranked Bishop McDevitt 38-3. The Ramblers moved into the USA Today Super 25 as the No. 19 team. North Allegheny is the only other Pennsylvania team in the national poll at No. 15. The Ramblers were not ranked by ESPN this week but North Allegheny is No. 9.
Prep will take on Archbishop Wood Friday in Hershey for the PIAA Class AAA championship.

Too bad Archbishop Wood is going to whoop up on you on Friday. Enjoy your week.
Prep should have been top 10 in the USA today pole in week 6 of the season.
To OD89Wood17: SHows how much you know. Everyone thought Bishop Mcdevitt would be an even match. This Prep team may not play 4 quarters every game, but once they get on a roll, they are hard to stop. The West may very well win all 4 classes!!!!!!
Archbishop Wood fans trolling on GoErie? Wow, that’s sad.
Congrats to the Ramblers! Also at #47 in Maxpreps computer rankings and #34 in the Rivals rankings
One more win
When they lose this week, I’ll be laughing.
I am waiting for RJ’s comment abut 9:30 on Friday night. He may go crawl in hole and wish Prep lost. Too bad RJ!!
Good luck Prep! Make Erie County proud!!
Where is RJ after the Rambler win? I don’t see any comments.
