West Middlesex moves up in basketball state rankings

The West Middlesex boys basketball team moved up to No. 8 in Class AA in the latest Harrisburg Patriot-News state rankings after a big win over Lakeview. Cathedral Prep, the only other ranked basketball team, stayed at No. 7 in Class AAAA.

    Is there state rankings for girls?

    Mike,
    Harrisburg had some recent staff turnover and a writer was just placed on the girls basketball beat. It is doubtful that he will catch up in time to do rankings this year.
