Paul Deitz
McDowell senior Paul Deitz couldn’t have picked a better school to earn his 100th win against.
Deitz picked up a close 5-3 decision during a 57-3 rout of rival Cathedral Prep to join the 100-win club. The 120-pounder has been solid for the Trojans this season and will be a threat in the District 10 postseason. He also picked up a recent pin against WPIAL power Franklin Regional in a 37-19 win for McDowell.
The Trojans will compete for the D-10 Class AAA team title this afternoon and begin the individual postseason on Feb. 15.
