Tyree, Manus-Schell pick up Division I offers

Marlon Tyree and Felix Manus-Schell played crucial roles in Cathedral Prep’s 2012 PIAA Class AAA championship run. Both juniors were rewarded recently with Division I offers. Tyree, a 6-foot 3-inch safety, has been offered by Buffalo and Toledo, while Manus-Schell, a 6-1 defensive back, has been offered by Toledo. Manus-Schell’s signature game in 2012 came in a win over Bishop McDevitt in the PIAA semifinals. He shut down the state’s premier wide receiver in Brian Lemelle, who is headed to Connecticut.
