Erie Times-News Breakout Team of the Week nominees

Fans can vote for the Breakout Team of the Week on the top right corner of the page. Voting continues through Friday at 4:59 p.m. with the winner being featured Sunday in the Erie Times-News. Teams who have won the award this season are no longer eligible. Fans are encouraged to nominate teams by 5 p.m. each Tuesday.

Fairview boys lacrosse – The Tigers upset Cathedral Prep 8-7 on Tuesday.
Rocky Grove baseball – The Orioles knocked off Kennedy Catholic Tuesday to likely earn a share of the Region 1 title.
Sharon baseball – The Tigers kept their playoff hopes alive with a big win over Sharpsville.
Saegertown baseball – The Panthers are undefeated in Region 3.
Grove City baseball – The Eagles are a perfect 6-0 in Region 6 play.
Harbor Creek baseball – The Huskies are undefeated in region play.
Saegertown softball - The Panthers won the Region 3 championship.
Fairview softball – The Tigers picked up another big win over Harbor Creek to move to 14-0.
Corry softball – The Beavers clinched a share of the Region 6 championship.
Fort LeBoeuf softball – The Bison are a perfect 9-0 in region play.
Harbor Creek boys tennis – The Huskies picked up their first ever District 10 Class AA team win by beating Grove City 4-1.
Meadville boys volleyball – The Bulldogs moved to 9-0 on Tuesday.
West Middlesex boys track and field – The Big Reds won the Region 1 title.
Warren track and field - The Dragons swept the Region 3 titles.
Titusville boys track and field – The Rockets finished a perfect 5-0 to win the Region 4 championship.
Wilmington girls track and field – The Greyhounds won the Region 1 championship.
Seneca girls track and field – Locked up a share of the Region 4 title.
