Well….I think Saegertown is pretty good….they did beat McDowell twice and Cathedral Prep once…but everyone knows that anyone can beat anyone on any given day…..I just hope for good playoffs!

If any one of you have ever seen Mercyhurst play, they play with heart and dont quit… After beating Mcdowell they got the spark they needed and it can carry them through the playoffs and can hang with anybody even the “legendary Saegertown”. So watch out for these boys because they aren’t as bad as everyone says they are.

How many more conspiracy theories can we develop? Look, in sports seeds don’t matter. You have to beat these teams eventually so what does it matter? Saegertown is a state-championship caliber team and will have to beat the best in the WPIAL and the east to win a state title. Why wouldn’t you want to face “the best pitcher in D-10″ to get ready for those teams? And if Saegertown loses to Titusville, wouldn’t that same thing happen in the D-10 championship instead of the semifinals?

And no matter how many good questions you ask Baseball Mom,Tom will have a good excuse for his Erie Teams and would never admit that the good old boys from D10 blew it,especially the one from Erie that runs baseball!

Having Saegertown number 2 puts them in the same bracket as Titusville and Adam Bleday one of best pichers in dist. 10.Its just like every sport in D10 there are no counties south of Erie.Its time to get some new guys running D10.We played both teams and Sagertown is a lot better than MP.

Wow MP gets the #1 seed over Saegertown? What a joke! Why do they feel sorry for them after they cheated last year bringing in former players to help at practice? Erie teams always get favoritism where they play at and the seeds?

Class A was designated before the year as a 5-team bracket. Because Rocky Grove earned a spot, the bracket was expanded to 6 teams with 2 teams getting a bye. Region champions received the byes. Saegertown was the Region 3 champion and Iroquois was the top Class A team in Region 5. Sharpsville and Reynolds shared the Region 1 championship and therefore have to play at-large teams in the first round.

Football doesn’t seed, neither does soccer or basketball. All based on regions.
