Fans can vote for the Breakout Team of the Week on the top right corner of the page. Voting continues through Saturday at 4:59 p.m. with the winner being featured Sunday in the Erie Times-News. Teams who have won the award this season are no longer eligible. Fans are encouraged to nominate teams by 5 p.m. each Tuesday. GoErie.com reserves the right to delete votes that have been recorded by a program that multiplies votes. These votes will be deleted without notice.

West Middlesex baseball – The Big Reds are off to a 4-0 start this season.
Saegertown baseball – The Panthers keep rolling at 8-0 overall and 3-0 in Region 3.
Franklin baseball – The Knights are 3-0 in Region 4 and 4-0 overall.
Mercyhurst Prep baseball – The Lakers are perfect at 4-0.
Slippery Rock baseball – The Rockets are 5-0 this season and on top of Region 6 at 2-0.
Warren baseball – The Dragons picked up a big win over previously unbeaten Harbor Creek.
Cathedral Prep baseball – The Ramblers are undefeated at 6-0.
Wilmington softball – The Greyhounds are rolling at 5-0.
Lakeview softball – The Sailors are perfect at 3-0.
Cochranton softball – The Cardinals keep winning at 4-0.
General McLane softball – The Lancers have been the surprise team this year at 5-0.
Franklin softball – The Knights have won all four games they’ve played this season.
McDowell softball – The Trojans picked up a big win over Warren.
Villa Maria lacrosse – The Victors are on a four-match winning streak including an impressive performance at the Villa Maria tournament on Saturday.
Saegertown volleyball – The Panthers are off to a perfect 6-0 start and in control of Region 1.
Cochranton volleyball - The Cardinals are 4-0 this season and 1-0 in Region 1.
Hickory tennis - The Hornets are out to a 5-0 start in Region 1.
Warren tennis – The Dragons are perfect at 4-0.
McDowell tennis – The Trojans keep rolling at 9-0.
Lakeview boys track and field – The Sailors earned a big-time win by taking the Harbor Creek Invitational.
