I guess the closest D-10 ever got to a state title in baseball was the 1981 Wilmington team – which was coached by my uncle Bob Mitcheltree.

    The_Master,
District 10 has been to the state championship in baseball three times. Villa Maria, Linesville and Sharpsville all made it in Class A. All three lost. No other team has ever reached the title game.

    Thanks,
    Tom
