The Dragons senior eventually placed third in the 130-pound division. Bosko, a PIAA Class AAA qualifier as a junior, won four more times during Wednesday’s Warren Duals and increased his career victories total to 105.

I noticed that under the league portion of the Varsity boys basketball section, District 10 region 3, Linesville is listed as 1-0 in region play and Coneaut Valley is listed as 0-0. Linesville beat Conneaut Lake in the Mindy Kardosh Tournament held at Conneaut Valley. Conneaut Valley then beat Linesville in the championship the next day. Shouldn’t Linesville’s record be 1-1 and Conneaut Valley be 1-0. The other games that these two teams have played have been against teams not in their region.

Games played in tournaments are not region games. Those two will play two more times this season as official Region 3 games. Sometimes region opponents meet in tournaments which is unfortunate but it happens. General McLane and Fort LeBoeuf just played each other in the Northwestern tournament but it goes down as just another non-region game.
