Cathedral Prep all-star quarterback Damion Terry has verbally committed to Michigan State.
Prep head coach Mike Mischler and athletic director Bill Flanagan confirmed that Terry made his commitment to head coach Mark Dantonio this afternoon.
Terry visited Lansing two weeks ago to meet with Dantonio and threw for the Spartans’ coaching staff.
Today at Dollinger Field, Terry threw for several college coaches, including Michigan State and Pittsburgh, and decided to make his verbal commitment. He can’t sign with the Spartans until February.
Terry also had offers from Boston College, Illinois, Pittsburgh and Rutgers.
