West Middlesex football enters state rankings

West Middlesex’s big 21-14 win over Sharpsville Friday is being recognized by the rest of the state. The Big Reds moved into the Class A rankings at No. 7, while Sharpsville moved down to No. 8. Cathedral Prep remained No. 1 in Class AAA, while Hickory (No. 7), Wilmington (No. 8 ) and Grove City (No. 10) kept their respective rankings in Class AA.
